WHEN WILL MY ORDER SHIP?
All items will ship within 3-5 business days from Knoxville, Tennessee, USA, with the exception of our gift wrap, which is made to order and ships within 3-5 business days from California.
DO YOU SHIP WORLDWIDE?
Yes! We use USPS First Class International Shipping.
WHAT PAYMENT TYPES DO YOU ACCEPT?
We accept payment with our secure processor by credit or debit card, as well as Paypal.
DO YOU ACCEPT RETURNS?
Sure thing. We want you to make sure you absolutely love your items. If you're not happy with your order, please contact us within 3 days of receiving it and we'll be happy to get it sorted out. To return an item or to receive an exchange or store credit, your purchased items must be shipped back to us at your expense, in the original packaging and the same condition it was when you received it.
Please note that although we do our best to show the true nature of our products in our photographs, screens are tricky things. We cannot guarantee that the color on your phone or monitor is a perfect match to the color of our printed products. Please allow for slight differences in printed color when you receive your order.
Gift wrap orders and all custom items are final and non-refundable.
MY ITEM ARRIVED DAMAGED. WHAT TO DO?
We do our best to package our products with love and care. In the case that your items arrives damaged (our worst nightmare!), please let us know within 3 days. We'll do our best to solve the problem, whether that's through a replacement, exchange, or store credit.

To cancel, contact us within 24 hours of placing your order.

We hate spam and love it when people respect our privacy, so we promise to do the same for you! We will never share your information and will only email you in relation to your purchase or if you've opted-in to our newsletters. WHERE ARE YOUR PRODUCTS MADE?
We design everything ourselves and work with a handful of small business printers and manufacturers in the US to create the finished pieces.
WHO IS ROOT & BRANCH PAPER CO.?
All designs and patterns created under Root & Branch Paper Co. are the work of Jessie Tyree Jenness, a graphic designer and illustrator originally from East Tennessee. She has a deep appreciation for plants and flowers (can you tell?). She also loves whale documentaries, eating popcorn, and traveling as often as possible.
All Root & Branch product inventory and order fulfillment is the work of Ellen Tyree, our inventory manager! Ellen has years of experience teaching art to students of all ages. She loves to laugh, appreciates a good British mystery drama, and has a keen eye for details, which she puts to use packing and shipping all Root & Branch orders. Ellen is also Jessie's mom!
WHERE ARE YOU LOCATED?
Good question! Root & Branch's founder Jessie is the one behind our product designs, web and social media management. She is currently living in China and managing Root & Branch from overseas. All our products are manufactured and stored in the US, where our orders are filled and shipped by Ellen, our inventory manager!
