PLACING AN ORDER
Wholesale orders can be placed via email to email@example.com or right here on our website.
For orders placed by email, feel free to download and fill out our PDF Order Form and send it our way. We will respond promptly with an order confirmation.
For orders placed through our website, please use discount code WHOLESALE at checkout to remove immediate charges. Additionally please add code WHOLESALESHIP to remove shipping costs. Once your discount codes are applied, your order total will be $0, and when your order is placed it will be confirmed by email. Once the order is ready for shipment, we will send an invoice via email.
We accept payment by credit card or PayPal, and will send invoices via Stripe or PayPal to accommodate your preferred payment methods. Invoices will reflect total costs, including shipping.
Orders will not be shipped until payment has been received in full.
Opening order: $150+ Re-Order minimum: $100

For info regarding our minimum order quantities for specific products, please see our Terms + Conditions. Please make sure upon order placement that you adhere to our minimums. In order to maintain our current wholesale prices, we cannot accept orders below our listed minimum order quantities.
We'll calculate shipping costs shortly after we receive your order placement. All costs, both your order total and shipping costs, will be invoiced via email. Orders will not be shipped until payment has been received in full. Our standard shipment method is USPS Priority Mail for both domestic and international orders, which include tracking. A tracking number will be emailed to you at the time of shipment.
We offer free shipping on orders over $400! (excluding gift wrap).
Gift wrap will ship separately in all orders.
Any international shipping fees, duties, or import taxes are the sole responsibility of the customer. Root & Branch Paper Co. is not responsible for carrier delays or damage. All orders ship from our location in Knoxville, Tennessee.
For local orders in Knoxville, we're happy to deliver your order in person.
Expedited shipping is available upon request and additional cost. Should you have time-sensitive orders, please let us know at the time of order placement so we can work with you to choose the appropriate shipping method.
Turnaround time is approximately 5-7 business days from order submission. Larger orders may require additional lead time. Please contact us regarding specific delivery dates.
On occasion, certain items may be out of stock. You will be notified of any backordered items, and the remainder of your order will continue to ship unless otherwise directed. Once an item is back in stock, we will ship it out immediately at our expense.
