POLICIES

PAYMENT:
We accept payment via credit or debit card and Paypal. All orders must be paid upfront and will not be shipped without payment.
All items ship from Knoxville, Tennessee, USA, with the exception of our gift wrap and wallpapers which ship directly from the manufacturer in North Carolina, USA.

WHOLESALE: 

For wholesale requests or to receive our line sheet, please contact us via the wholesale page, or send an email to wholesale@rootandbranchpaper.com.

SHIPPING:
All orders (with the exception of gift wrap and wallpaper) will be shipped within 1-3 business days and will be packed in a sturdy envelope or box, depending on the nature of the order. All domestic orders will be shipped via USPS First Class (unless otherwise noted at check out) with delivery confirmation and tracking information, provided in a follow-up email once the item is shipped.

Our gift wrap and wallpapers are made to order and will ship within 10-12 days directly from the manufacturer.

All international orders will be shipped via USPS International. 

CANCELLATIONS:

To cancel, contact us within 24 hours of placing your order.

REFUNDS & EXCHANGES:

We love our products and are confident that you will too! But if for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, please email us within 3 days of receiving it. Send us the details of your situation and we'll figure out how to make it right. At this time we are not able to issue refunds, but will accept exchanges or returns for store credit. To receive an exchange or store credit, your original purchase must be shipped back to us at your expense, in the same condition it was when you received it.

Please note that we cannot guarantee that the color on your monitor is a perfect match to the color of our printed products. Please allow for slight differences in printed color when you receive your order.

We do our best to package our products with love and care. In the case that your items arrives damaged (our worst nightmare!), please let us know within 3 days. We'll do our best to solve the problem, whether that's through a replacement, exchange, or store credit. Please understand that we are not able to offer refunds, but will do our best to make it right.
