Orders may be placed via email using our PDF order form or in our wholesale shop once an account has been established. In order to maintain our current wholesale prices, we cannot accept orders below our listed minimum order quantities. 


All costs, both your order total and shipping costs, will be invoiced via email at the time of shipment. Orders will not be shipped until payment has been received in full. Our standard shipment method is USPS Priority Mail for both domestic and international orders. We offer free shipping on orders over $400, excluding gift wrap.

Gift wrap will ship separately in all orders. 

Any international shipping fees, duties, or import taxes are the sole responsibility of the customer. Root & Branch Paper Co. is not responsible for carrier delays or damage. All orders ship from our location in Knoxville, Tennessee.

We accept payment via credit card or PayPal, and will send invoices through Stripe or PayPal to accommodate your preferred payment methods. Invoices will reflect total costs, including shipping.

Turnaround time is approximately 5-7 business days from order submission. Larger orders may require additional lead time. Please contact us regarding specific delivery dates. 


On occasion, certain items may be out of stock. You will be notified of any backordered items, and the remainder of your order will continue to ship unless otherwise directed. Once an item is back in stock, we will notify you and ship it immediately at our expense. 


We do not accept returns on wholesale orders unless items have been damaged in transit or are defective. The quality of our products is extremely important to us and each order is inspected prior to shipment to ensure it meets our quality standards. However, should you need to make exchanges, please let us know within 5 business days of receipt. We will reimburse for return shipping costs of damaged or defective items. All merchandise must be returned unused and in its original packaging and condition. Unauthorized returns will not be accepted.


Cancellations or changes to your order must be submitted by email within 24 hours of placing your order. 


All items must be displayed and sold in their original packaging. All cards, notebooks, and notepads come packaged in a clear plastic sleeve. Notebooks and notepads have a branded sticker with item information. Calendars come in a plastic sleeve, packed with a firm chipboard backing. To reduce plastic use, some or all of your products can be delivered without plastic sleeves upon request.

Please contact us about selling on your own e-commerce sites, and if you’d like to use our product photos, which we are happy to supply. Feel free to take your own publicity images of our products, and if you do, tag us on social media! Please be aware that reselling Root & Branch Paper Co. products on third party sites such as Etsy, Amazon, and eBay is prohibited.


When reviewing new wholesale applications, we strive to protect zip codes and/or areas within three (3) miles of active retail partners. We cannot guarantee exclusivity, but we do try our best to keep our products from overlapping too much. For an account to maintain territory protection, an order must be placed at least once every 6 months with a minimum order total of $400 per year. We reserve the right to sell to another retail partner if terms are not met. Please get in contact if you have questions regarding exclusivity.
